New For Companies – Register of Persons with Significant Control

From 6th April 2016 all companies and LLPs are required to initiate the process of establishing a REGISTER OF PERSONS WITH SIGNIFICANT CONTROL.

This will normally form a new section of your Statutory Books – Register of Members etc. As with anything new there will be a great interest in this introduction and the information gathered will be required to complete the Annual Confirmation Statement (new equivalent of Annual Returns) to Companies House after 1st June 2016 and with a subsequent obligation to file details of any changes as they occur. We are offering a service to set up this new register for your company and filing the first return with Companies House at a special reduced fee of £95 per Company.

As with the other Statutory Registers there is a public right of inspection at the registered office of your company (or at a SAIL address) and there is an obligation to maintain them up to date. We can officially hold your Registers at our offices for safe keeping under the SAIL facility. With your authority we can also update them with any changes that we file with Companies House on your behalf.
